Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Yes! Many of our menu items are - or can be modified to be vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.
Will you customize a menu?
We’ve designed our menu to be easily customized. If there’s something you don’t see here, contact us, and we’ll see what we can do.

What kind of payment options do you offer?
We accept all major credit cards and Apple Pay.
What is your cancellation policy?
Orders cancelled up to 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund. Orders cancelled up to 24 hours in advance will receive a partial refund of 50%.
What if I need to make changes after I’ve placed my order?
Contact us to discuss and change requests, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Do I get a tax receipt?
We cannot give tax receipts on services rendered. However, any donations in support of Fred’s Kitchen and Fred Victor are tax deductible.
What areas of the GTA do you serve?
We serve the entire GTA area.
Do you use a third-party delivery service?
We have our own delivery fleet.
Will you provide on-site service?
Absolutely! You can hire an on-site chef, service team and host to support your event.
Should I tip?
We ensure our team receives a fair wage -- if you’d like to support our program, we’d encourage you to make a tax-deductible donation to Fred’s Kitchen and Fred Victor.
How can I promote your cause to my guests?
We can provide promotional postcards that help spread the word about our social enterprise. If you’d like, we can also provide a QR code so guests can easily make a tax-deductible donation.
What kind of training do you provide?
Fred’s Kitchen teaches people experiencing financial and food insecurity skills to find employment in the food services sector. This includes food prep, food delivery, culinary arts, and all relevant certifications.
Who’s eligible for training?
Our trainees are referred to Fred’s Kitchen through Fred Victor and other social services agencies. To learn more, contact us at [email protected].
